Terms, Conditions & User Agreements for ADHD Life Services

Welcome to ADHD Life! These Terms, Conditions ("Terms") & Agreements govern your access to and use of our website, online courses, membership services, and individual coaching sessions (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully.

  1. Services Overview
    • ADHD Life provides online training courses, paid memberships, and individual coaching sessions tailored for adults with ADHD. Services include, but are not limited to, access to digital content, group sessions, forums, and one-on-one coaching. 
  2. Eligibility
    • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
  3. Account Registration
    • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for our Services.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  4. Payment and Billing
    • All payments for memberships, courses, and individual coaching sessions must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. 
    • Prices are listed in USD and GBP, inclusive of applicable taxes where required. 
    • ADHD Life uses secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your payment details.
  5. Membership Subscriptions
    • Memberships renew automatically monthly or annual basis depending on your selection.
    • You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following period.
    • No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused content and ADHD Life reserves the right to charge a processing fee of 10% of value purchased on refunds.
  6. Course Purchases
    • Online course purchases are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. 
    • If you have not accessed the course, community or coaching services within 14 days of purchase, you may request a cancellation & refund by contacting us at [email protected] and ADHD Life reserves the right to charge a processing fee of 10% of value purchased on refunds.
  7. Individual Coaching Sessions 
    • Coaching is a collaborative process aimed at facilitating the Client's personal and professional growth. The Client is solely responsible for implementing strategies discussed during sessions.
    • Coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. ADHD Life does not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions.
    • Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Appointments are confirmed once payments are processed in advance.
    • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged in full. Exceptions may be made in emergencies at the Coach's discretion.
    • If ADHD Life must cancel a session, we will offer an alternative session or a full refund.
    • Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with prior discussion. Refunds for unused sessions require at least one week’s notice and may be subject to deductions for preparation costs. 
    • Coaching Memberships are entitled to one booked coaching session with a coach per month. 
  8. Intellectual Property 
    • All content, materials, and resources provided by ADHD Life are the intellectual property of ADHD Life and are protected by copyright laws.
    • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share our content without written permission. 
  9. Confidentiality
    • All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential, following the ICF Code of Ethics. However, the Coach-Client relationship is not legally confidential (like medical or legal professions).
    • With client consent, sessions may be recorded for internal training and accreditation. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
    • The Coach may, with the Client’s consent, discuss progress with relevant parties when beneficial. 
  10. User Conduct
    • You agree to use the Services respectfully and responsibly.
    • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour in community forums or live sessions will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
  11. Community Participation
    • ADHD Life is not responsible for the actions, content, or behaviour of other members or affiliates in community forums, group chats, or live sessions.
    • Members are expected to engage respectfully and responsibly. ADHD Life reserves the right to remove any member violating community guidelines without notice or refund.
  12. Disclaimer
    • ADHD Life does not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice.
    • The Services are educational and supportive in nature. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical or mental health concerns. 
  13. Limitation of Liability
    • ADHD Life will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
    • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services.
  14. Marketing and Communication
    • By using our Services, you consent to receive marketing and informational emails related to ADHD Life's services, updates, and offers.
    • You have the right to unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the email or by contacting us directly.
    • Service-related communications necessary for session management and account updates are not subject to unsubscribe requests.
  15. Governing Law
    • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the United Kingdom.
    • Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in USA, and England and Wales.
  16. Changes to Terms, Conditions & Agreements
    • We reserve the right to modify these Terms, Conditions & Agreements at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through our website.
    • Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms, Conditions & Agreements.

  1. Obligations of Processors

Processors must:

  • Ensure confidentiality and restrict access to authorized personnel only.
  • Notify ADHD Life promptly of any data breach.
  • Assist ADHD Life in fulfilling data subject rights under applicable laws.
  1. Sub-Processing

Processors may engage sub-processors only with ADHD Life's prior written consent and must ensure sub-processors comply with this DPA.

  1. Data Transfers

Any international data transfer by a Processor must comply with applicable data protection laws, including the use of standard contractual clauses where necessary.

  1. Data Deletion or Return

Upon termination of services, Processors must delete or return all personal data as instructed by ADHD Life, unless retention is required by law.

  1. Audit Rights

ADHD Life reserves the right to audit or inspect Processor compliance with this DPA.

ADHD Life Refund Policy

At ADHD Life, we strive to provide high-quality coaching, community support, and training services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this Refund Policy to outline the terms under which refunds may be granted.

  1. General Refund Policy

Refunds are available for eligible purchases; however, all refunds are subject to a 10% processing charge to cover administrative and transaction costs. All course, community and coaching  purchases are final and non-refundable once the course, community or session has been accessed, booked or downloaded.

If you have not accessed the course, community, or coaching services within 14 days of purchase, you may request a cancellation & refund by contacting us at [email protected]. ADHD Life reserves the right to charge a 10% processing fee on refunds.

  • One-Time Purchases (Courses, Workshops, Digital Products): Online course purchases are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following period. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused content, and ADHD Life reserves the right to charge a 10% processing fee on refunds.
  • Individual Coaching Sessions:
    • Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance and are confirmed once payments are processed.
    • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged in full, except in cases of emergency at the discretion of the coach.
    • If ADHD Life must cancel a session, we will offer an alternative session or a full refund.
    • Refunds for unused coaching sessions require at least one week’s notice and may be subject to deductions for preparation costs.
    • Coaching memberships are entitled to one booked coaching session per month with a coach.

  • Violate our Terms and Conditions.
  • Are submitted after the stated refund eligibility period.
  • Show evidence of excessive or fraudulent refund claims.
