My Story

Having spent a lifetime feeling like I was on the ‘outside, looking in,’ receiving a late ADHD diagnosis not only validated my experiences but also gave me a newfound sense of direction and purpose. It clarified not just how I felt but how I could use both my personal and professional experiences to deepen understanding of ADHD and its impact on a neurodivergent person’s life.

Being diagnosed as having ADHD or speculating if you are ADHD, can be an isolating, confusing, unsettling and often an overwhelming experience. What compounds these feelings is the lack of support or guidance following a diagnosis, leaving many wondering what it truly means for them. As a lifelong learner, I passionately believe that knowledge leads to self-awareness, acceptance, and growth. With empathy and understanding, I can help you navigate the impact ADHD has on your life, whilst introducing you to tools that empowers you.

As I began my ADHD journey, I discovered the transformative power of three key skills: Listen - Learn - Leverage, which became my guiding principles and a framework I am eager to share with you. I strongly believe in the practice of self-awareness, encouraging you to listen to your inner voice, learn from your behaviours, and leverage these insights to unlock new strengths, fuelling your personal growth.

Discovering my signature character strengths of fairness, forgiveness, honesty, creativity, and bravery has enabled me to bring these qualities to the forefront when supporting others with ADHD in identifying and embracing their own strengths.

I am excited to introduce my new online ADHD Life program, featuring courses, coaching and resources designed to fit your unique schedule and needs. No matter your personal circumstances, I offer personalized powered coaching tailored to empower and equip you to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and strength.
